Confidence

Knowing our strengths gives us confidence in our selves. Having self confidence is the key to true self assessment. We should also note that over-confidence is a bad practice in general and exaggerating our strong point is just another way of distorting them. Doing this would be detrimental to our self-assessment. A good example of someone who is confident but doesn’t come off as overly confident is Pierre Chekrallah. This guy is one of the best students of Computer and communication Engineering. We would notice that because he’s full of himself. But he’s getting the benefits of being an asset by letting people know what he’s capable of.


Going a step further, the guy is truthful about not being familiar with a certain topic. This would make him a more credible source for knowing his qualities.As we saw, being confident and avoiding overconfidence is a good key for attaining credibility
